Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear and our art. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to square it away.
Please Note: Because every piece of gear is custom pressed to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or if the incorrect size was ordered. We don’t sit on inventory, so every item is a custom build. Returns and exchanges are strictly limited to manufacturing defects, misprints, or items damaged in transit. Please double-check your sizing choices before locking in your order so your gear lands exactly how you want it.
The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the day your package lands at your door to request a return.
To keep things fair, your items must be in the exact same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, unused, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your digital receipt or proof of purchase to get the ball rolling.

If your return is cleared, we’ll shoot you a return shipping label along with precise instructions on where to send your package.

Damages & Shipping Issues
We take pride in our quality control, but mistakes can happen. Inspect your gear the second it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if we accidentally packed the wrong design or size, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the situation right away and make it right.
The Fastest Way to Exchange
We don’t like making you wait on slow automated exchange loops. The fastest way to swap your gear is to return the item you have. Once your return is processed and accepted, simply drop a fresh order on the site for the new size or design you want.
Refunds
Once your return hits our hands, we’ll inspect it and send you an email to let you know it arrived and if the refund is approved.
If everything checks out, the funds will automatically drop back onto your original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that banks and credit card processors can sometimes take a few extra days to clear the funds on their end.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the credit, hit us up at alteredmindzdesignz@gmail.com and we will track it down.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For our international customers shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The same rules apply: gear must be unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
