Shipping Policy

Every piece of gear at AlteredMindzDesignz is custom pressed on demand right here in our own shop. We source premium commercial-grade DTF transfers from our trusted print supplier and high-quality wholesale apparel blanks, then hand-press and inspect every order ourselves before it ships. We do not carry pre-made, mass-produced inventory — your order is built specifically for you.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Window

Because we source fresh apparel blanks and premium high-definition graphics for each build, please expect an average turnaround time of 7 to 12 business days from the moment you place your order to the day it hits your doorstep.

1. Processing & Production Timeline

Since we maintain a print-on-demand model to ensure maximum quality control over every graphic, our production cycle depends on incoming raw materials:

  • Garment Sourcing: It takes approximately 4 business days for our premium wholesale apparel blanks to arrive at our workshop.

  • Graphic Sourcing: It takes approximately 7 business days for our custom high-definition commercial DTF transfers to be manufactured and delivered to our facility.

  • In-House Assembly: Once all raw materials land, your order is physically inspected, precision heat-pressed, packed, and queued for shipping within 1 to 2 business days.

Note: If you order a design that we already have active transfers in stock for, your production time will be significantly shorter.

2. Shipping & Carrier Transit

Once our workshop prints and packages your gear, it is handed over to our standard shipping carriers (USPS or UPS). Standard domestic transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location.

The moment your package is scanned by the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal. If your tracking number has not shown movement after 3 business days of receiving the notification, reach out to us directly so we can look into it.

4. Shipping Addresses & Local Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate. We cannot redirect packages once they have left our facility. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the secondary shipping cost to re-send the item.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

AlteredMindz Designz is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are successfully marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your package goes missing in transit or arrives severely damaged, please contact us immediately at alteredmindzdesignz@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing an official claim with the carrier.
